Field visits for school students to increase their awareness on the specialization of hospitality management and culinary arts at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Complementing the role of Al-Ahliyya Amman University in spreading awareness about tourism in schools and among students and teachers, Mr. Amin Al-Arda, Director of the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Program of the Faculty of Business at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, and Ms. Mays Al Kurdi, Marketing and PR Officer, visited the Islamic Scientific College/ Jabal Amman Branch and met with Mr. Hussein Tarawneh, Director of Administrative Affairs at the College, and Ms. Nour al-Bashir, Public Relations Officer, to promote this program and talk to students about their choices of future specialties and majors. In this meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation between the university and the Islamic Scientific College and talked about attracting students, reducing unemployment, in addition to providing academic programs and majors that are suitable for the Jordanian labor market and the ability to employ students while they are still undergraduates.
