Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Ahliyya Amman University Organizes Awareness Activity for Children on the Occasion of Change Day 2025

On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized an awareness event at the New Al-Hussein Hospital in Salt – Pediatric Clinics, as part of the celebrations of Change Day 2025, launched by the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) under the slogan: “Our Children’s Health… Our Responsibility.” Faculty members and students participated in the event, providing parents with awareness tips on the safe use of medications for children, the prevention of antibiotic misuse, the importance of dental health, and balanced nutrition. The event also featured the distribution of educational brochures and gifts for children, in addition to a variety of educational and recreational activities. At the conclusion of the event, Al-Ahliyya Amman University reaffirmed its commitment to serving the local community and strengthening the role of academic disciplines in promoting health and pharmaceutical awareness, thereby contributing to protecting children’s health and ensuring a better future for coming generations.
