Faculty of Nursing participates in the First Regional Scientific Conference on Nutrition, Disabilities and Mental Health

The Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by Dr. Fatima Al Omari, participated in the activities of the First Regional Scientific Conference entitled “Nutrition, Disabilities and Mental Health”, which was held in Al-Ahliyya Amman University under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Nayef Al-Fayez, Minister of Health, in the period from 12-13/10/2010. The conference was attended by a group of Arab and foreign experts, representatives of the World Health Organization in the field of nutrition, disabilities and mental health, as well as representatives of institutions engaged in the development and marketing of health awareness in those areas. The conference included addressing issues related to health awareness through the presentation of many research papers in this field and reviewing the results of these papers, as well as scientific studies and the local, Arab, and world expertise in this regard.
