Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahliyya Amman University Participates in the 2026 “Chinese Bridge” Educational Delegation to China

As part of the 2026 “Chinese Bridge” Educational Delegation to the People's Republic of China, the Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahliyya Amman University participated in an academic visit to Shenyang Normal University, represented by Professor Renata Asali, Head of the Department of Languages, and Dr. Lilin Huang. During the visit, the delegation met with Professor Yang Songfang and Dr. Wang Xin, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation at Shenyang Normal University, to discuss opportunities for strengthening academic collaboration, expanding educational partnerships, and promoting cultural and scholarly exchange between the two institutions. The program also provided participants with valuable insights into China's higher education system and academic practices. In addition, the delegation visited Beijing and several of its renowned historical and cultural landmarks, gaining a deeper appreciation of China's rich cultural heritage and long-standing civilization. Professor Renata Asali emphasized the importance of such international initiatives in strengthening academic cooperation and fostering intercultural understanding, noting that the visit opened new avenues for future collaboration between the two universities in education, research, and cultural exchange. This participation reflects the Faculty of Arts' commitment to expanding its international engagement and supporting Al-Ahliyya Amman University's vision of building strategic global partnerships that enrich academic excellence, promote cross-cultural dialogue, and provide meaningful international opportunities for faculty members and students alike.
