Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University Participates in Global Change Day at Al-Latrun Military Hospital

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University took part in the activities of Global Change Day under the slogan “Child Safety is Our Responsibility” through a visit to Al-Latrun Military Hospital, aimed at bringing joy and happiness to young patients. The visit included distributing gifts, balloons, and sweets in an atmosphere filled with compassion and kindness, leaving a positive impact on the children and their families. The initiative reflected the university’s ongoing commitment to its mission of serving the community and raising social awareness across the Kingdom. Brigadier General Dr. Mohammad Abu Zaid Mubarak, Director of Al-Latrun Military Hospital, praised the initiative, stressing its importance in instilling values of social solidarity and its profound positive impact in supporting sick children and their families. Dr. Areej Jaber from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Ms. Aya Khalaf from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences expressed their gratitude to the hospital’s medical and administrative staff for their cooperation and contribution to the success of the event. At the conclusion of the activity, commemorative shields were presented to representatives of Al-Ahliyya Amman University in appreciation of their humanitarian participation and the special value they added to the day.
