Faculty of Architecture and Design Organizes Watercolor Painting Workshop for the Children of King Abdullah II Orphanage

The Community Service Committee of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a Watercolor Painting workshop for orphaned children at King Abdullah II Orphanage in AsSalt on Thursday, April 14, 2022.The workshop was presented by Dr. Hanan Al Sheikh from the Department of Graphic Design, Dr. Samar Abu Saleh from the Department of Interior Design and Dr. Faten Al Jazar from the Department of Multimedia Design, with the participation of a number of members of the Administrative Department at the Faculty of Architecture and Design.The workshop included introducing children to the basics and techniques of watercolor painting, and color integration, where children participated in drawing watercolor paintings in several techniques. This workshop aims to develop the abilities of children and discover their talents, achieve the goals of the faculty to interact and integrate with the community and provide expertise to empower children and young people in various fields. The workshop ended with the distribution of souvenirs in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors of King Abdullah II Orphanage.
