Dr. Fida Abu Al – Khair from AAU Delivers A Lecture on Psychological Health at Princess Sumaya University for Technology

Dr. Fida Abu Al-Khair, the instructor of the Clinical Psychology Course, in the AAU Faculty of Arts & Sciences delivered a lecture in Princess Sumaya University for Technology on (Psychological health & relaxation exercises) on Sunday, 31/3/2019. In her lecture, Dr. Fida talked about the concept of psychological health and the difference between it and the psychological disorders and the ways of promoting and maintaining it. The lecture was concluded with an imaginative relaxation conducted by the Dr. Fida with the participating students. This event which was attended by the Dean of Student Affairs at the University and a group of members of the administrative staff and students was based on a participatory approach between AAU and Jordanian universities, organizations and associations involved in the field of psychological health. This approach aims to spread psychological awareness, to train and to rehabilitate the psychological intervention methods.
