Distinguished Participation of AAU Students in the AI Leadership Preparation Program

Al-Ahliyya Amman University concluded its participation in the fifth training program titled "Preparing AI Leaders and Information Warfare," organized by the Leadership Preparation Institute in collaboration with the Association of Arab Universities and Aqaba University of Technology. The event was held in Aqaba from September 9 to 11, 2024, with the participation of students Mohammad Ali Al-Faoury and Shaker Hisham Al-Ghanimi from the Faculty of Information Technology. The conference was held under the patronage of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt, and Dr. Azmi Mahafzah, Minister of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research of Jordan, with wide participation from 16 Arab countries, including Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Kuwait, Somalia, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Libya, and Yemen. During the closing session, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Al-Washah, President of Aqaba University of Technology, expressed his joy in hosting the significant program, praising the participants' commitment to the lectures and workshops provided. He encouraged them to continue excelling and pursuing knowledge, emphasizing that they represent the future of the Arab nation. This participation marks an important step in enhancing AI skills among Al-Ahliyya Amman University students, preparing them for future leadership roles.
