Discussion of Master Thesis in Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Student Saeda Hayel Abu Amaira presented her MA thesis entitled “Provisions Governing Commercial Arbitration Clause in Jordanian and Comparative Law in Musa Al Saket Mock Trials Hall in Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The discussion committee consisted of Dr. Radwan Obaidat, Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law- University of Jordan, as supervisor and chairman of the committee and Dr. Saheb Fatlawi of Isra University Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Kilani and Dr. Muzathar Al-Rawi, of the Faculty of Law in Al-Ahliyya Amman University, as members. The discussion, which lasted over three hours, was concluded with awarding the MA degree to the student with excellent rating.
