Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organizes a workshop entitled “Hotel Work Environment”

The Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a workshop entitled “Hotel Work Environment” in Graduate Studies Auditorium at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences. During the workshop, Mr. Basil Abu Hamda, Director of Human Resources at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Mr. Assem Abdel Ghani, Director of Front Office, and Mr. Saleh Ali, Director of Housekeeping Division, presented information about the Holiday Inn Hotel, the employment opportunities available at the Hotel, and the conditions that must be met by the employees. The participants also answered questions raised by the students related to employment in hotels in general and in the Holiday Inn Hotel in particular.The workshop was attended Dean of the Faculty of Business and Finance, heads of departments and Faculty students, At the end of the workshop , Dr. Ashraf Al-Jahmani, Head of Hotel Management and Tourism Department presented the University Shield to the participants in recognition of the efforts of the Hotel management and staff in supporting the Department through training students in all divisions of the Hotel, designating its facilities as a training center for the Department, and providing job opportunities for the University students
