Cooperation Agreement Signed Between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Bustami & Saheb Group for Automobiles

Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by its President, Professor Sari Hamdan, signed a cooperation agreement with Bustami & Saheb Group for Automobiles, represented by its General Manager, Mr. Amin Abdullah Bustami, with the aim of strengthening collaboration in the fields of technical education, practical training, and applied research, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified graduates capable of meeting labor market needs. The signing ceremony was attended on behalf of the University by Professor Bashar Al-Tarawneh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Chairman of the Founding Committee of the Faculty of Technical Education; Engineer Ahmad Hourani, Director of the Marketing and Communication Unit; and Mr. Anas Al-Zaher, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Head of the Preparatory Subjects Department in the Faculty of Technical Education. Representing Bustami & Saheb Group for Automobiles was Engineer Saif Bustami from the International Diploma in Automotive Engineering Division. The agreement aims to develop cooperation between the two parties in the areas of scientific and applied research, the implementation of educational and training projects, and the exchange of expertise and knowledge. It also includes the organization of workshops, training programs, and specialized lectures that enhance students’ practical and applied skills. In addition, the agreement provides practical training opportunities for students enrolled in the International Diploma in Automotive Engineering, the Bachelor’s Program in Electric Vehicle Engineering, and related engineering disciplines. It also facilitates field visits to the company’s facilities and enables students to participate in applied projects and real-world challenges drawn from professional work environments, thereby strengthening the integration between academic learning and industry practice. Professor Sari Hamdan emphasized the importance of this partnership in supporting the University’s commitment to advancing applied education and building bridges of cooperation with private-sector institutions. He noted that such initiatives positively impact students by enhancing their professional readiness and competitiveness in the labor market. For his part, Mr. Amin Abdullah Bustami expressed his pride in collaborating with Al-Ahliyya Amman University, affirming the Group’s commitment to supporting the educational process and providing an advanced training environment that helps prepare highly qualified professionals capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in the automotive and technical services sectors.
