Cooperation Agreement between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the Iraqi Cultural Attaché
His Excellency President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, received in his office HE the Iraqi Cultural Advisor, Dr. Abdul Razaq Al-Essa. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects of cooperation between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the educational institutions in Iraq. On the sidelines of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University and the Iraqi Attaché to reflect the distinguished relationship between the two countries and Al-Ahliyya Amman University concern to provide higher education for students as well as knowledge and educational experience according to the highest international standards. This cooperation aims to admit applications by the Iraqi community students for enrollment in BA and MA programs offered by the University in the various faculties and to facilitate the transactions of the Iraqi students. His Excellency the Iraqi Cultural Advisor, Dr. Abdul Razaq Issa, also met faculty members of all majors in the University, discussed the issues of concern to the Iraqi Community, and presented ideas to make use of exchanging academic expertise among expatriate professors and Iraqi universities. Dr. Abdul Razaq Issa lauded the remarkable academic level of the University, and called for further cooperation and communication that would enrich the educational process. The meeting included a welcome speech by Dr. Mohammed Thabet Al-Baldawi, representative of the Iraqi community in Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in which he welcomed the Iraqi Cultural Advisor and the Iraqi community professors at Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
