Cooperation Agreement Between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Al-Hussein Society
Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by Professor Ghaleb Uraikat, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, signed a cooperation and training agreement with Al-Hussein Society Jordan Center for Training and Inclusive Education, represented by the society’s Executive Director, Ms. Ani Abu Hanna. The signing took place in the presence of Dr Saad Al Nasaan, Head of the Departments of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at the faculty.
This agreement comes as part of strengthening mutual cooperation between the two sides in the field of practical training for students in the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs. It aims to enhance their competence and prepare them for the labor market through an integrated training environment.
Under the agreement, bachelor’s degree students will receive practical training at Al-Hussein Society in accordance with the regulations and guidelines applied by both parties. This ensures that students acquire the necessary practical skills and hands on experience in their fields of specialization.
Following the signing, a discussion session was held between Dr Ahmad Mansour, Director of the Office of Sustainability and Rankings at the university, and Ms. Ani Abu Hanna. The meeting explored future prospects for cooperation between the university and the society in areas related to sustainable development, especially those connected to the environment, climate, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities.
