Conference on Civil Law in Palestine at AAU

Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) participated in the Civil Law Conference held at Hebron University in Palestine during the period 28-29/3/2012. Dr. Abdul Hamid Al Kurdi from the Faculty of Arts presented a paper entitled Between Islamic Jurisprudence and Civil Law: Is a Muslim Wife Entitled for Divorce or Half the Dowry? “ It is worth mentioning that Dr. Al-Kurdi participation came through a Video Conference available at AAU’s Al- Hourani Center for e-Learning.
