Conclusion of the Third Season of Amman Private University's Got Talent Competition

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, the esteemed President of Amman Private University, the events of the third season of the AAU Got Talent competition were launched on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the Arena Theater with wide participation from talented students at the university. The judging panel included the Arab Jordanian star Abeer Issa, Maestro Abdelhalim Al-Khatib, composer Murad Demirdjian, Dr. Fidaa Ghneim, Professor of Arabic Language at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Karim Fadel, Head of the Cinematic, Television, and Theatrical Design Department. The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthem, followed by a performance by artist Saeed Al-Ajmi accompanied by the Oscar Revue Band under the direction of artist Ali Abu Ghraib. Then, student Sally Al-Awadi performed a singing segment, after which the contestants showcased their talents in singing, acting, poetry, and filmmaking. In the singing category, students Hamza Awadah Abu Hadeeb, Adam Allah Al-Hadidi, Ibrahim Omar Khalaf, Ayman Mahmoud Samreen, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Murad, Abdul Hamid Fadel Al-Faouri, Wissam Mohammed Abu Al-Nadi, Mahmoud Musa Al-Sheikh, and Oweis Khaled Al-Dghamin participated. In the acting category, student Joud Naeem Shmout participated, while Manar Saber Taha participated in the filmmaking category, and Mu'taman Mohammed Khbaz participated in the poetry category. The judging panel awarded the first prize to student Oweis Khaled Al-Dghamin, and the second prize to student Hamza Awadah Abu Hadeeb. The third prize was shared by students Ayman Mahmoud Samreen and Mahmoud Musa Al-Sheikh, and the film received special recognition from the judging panel. Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, the esteemed President of the University, honored the winning students and participants in the event, as well as the judging panel. This annual event is organized by the Arena Complex at the university in partnership with the Deanship of Student Affairs. It aims to encourage talents and support outstanding students in extracurricular activities, in line with the university's vision, mission, and core values. The event is part of the university's ongoing efforts to support exceptional students in all academic and artistic fields.
