Conclusion of the Science Day events at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the activities of the Science Day were concluded at the eight faculties of the University. A large number of companies and institutions took part in this event. The President of the University spoke about the importance of holding such events to exchange knowledge and the latest scientific research by the participants and to inform the students and the audience of the latest experience and knowledge of the researchers and participants acquired from their scientific and practical expertise. Such events are in line with the vision of the University to communicate with its surroundings and link the theoretical and practical aspects to enhance and instill information in the minds of the students in order to help them access the labor market efficiently and effectively. Prof. Hamed added that we at the University are pleased to meet with a group of distinguished professors and specialists within their respective competence fields to provide us their ideas, efforts and expertise. We at the University appreciate work and achievements and build on accomplishments through the creation of an outstanding educational and research environment.The activities of the science days lasted for four days starting from Sunday 17/5/2015 and ending on 20/5/2015. The activities included a number of lectures that were delivered by a number of experts and specialists which addressed different topics related to the disciplines offered by the University. On the sidelines of the science days, an exhibition was hosted for the participating companies in order to introduce the products and services of these companies. At the conclusion of these events, the President of the University thanked the participants for their cooperation with the University which ensured the success of the activities of these days.
