“Communication Skills” lecture delivered at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

A lecture was delivered at Al-Ahliyya Amman University by Dr. Sheikh Ahmed, Head of Psychology and Special Education Department. This lecture is hosted as part of the activities organized by the Department of Public and International Relations at the University.The lecture tackled a number of themes, including verbal and non-verbal communication skills and communication elements. Dr. Sheikh addressed listening skills, methods, obstacles, and the tactics to improve listening skills. He highlighted a set of techniques and tools that help administrative officers improve their work and performance. Dr. Sheikh indicated communication obstacles, communication impact on receiving information, and its effect on work.The lecture was attended by a number of university administrative staff. At the end of the lecture, Dr. Sheik answered the audience inquiries, which were focused on the importance of communication and its development means.
