Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahliyya Amman University meets members of the faculty and administrative bodies

Dr. Ahmad Al-Hourani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, during a meeting with the President of the University, deans of faculties, and directors of departments and centers of the University, underscored their essential role in undertaking the responsibility for supervision, coordination, follow-up of their work, and teamwork with colleagues. He asserted that the University, which is preparing to celebrate its silver jubilee next year, has become a true success story and that this achievement should be capitalized and built on. Dr. Al-Hourani asserted the importance of cooperation between all parties based on love and affection among faculty members and administrative staff. He affirmed that the spirit of justice should prevail and called for the application of laws and regulations and dedicating the utmost attention to student issues and providing assistance to them.He indicated that the University strives to offer new graduate studies programs. He stressed the need to improve the educational process and called all parties to participate in all stages of academic construction in order to serve the learning process, refine student personality and ensure student excellence and development. He added that Al-Ahliyya Amman University strives to attract highly competent faculty members. Dr. Al-Horani affirmed the need to follow the administrative hierarchy in order to develop the educational process methods. He noted that the University, through its philosophy based on the performance of its mission and functions honestly and efficiently, seeks to achieve its objectives effectively in accordance with a framework supported by the principles of the society as well as its aspirations and values. At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors listened to the proposals of faculty members and administrative staff, which were focused on various issues and aspirations that aim to upgrade the academic and management fields at all levels.
