Al-Ahliyya Amman University is committed to excellence in teaching, learning and scientific research as well as ongoing communication with the local community institutions, and providing services to the surrounding community. In line with this direction, the Faculty of Arts, in collaboration with King Abdullah II Fund and the Supreme Council for the Disabled, hosted a celebration for people with special needs within the activities of “Message of Hope”, which was launched on the birthday of His Majesty the King within “Smile Project”. This Project aims to draw joy and smile on children faces. The ceremony included welcoming the children and their mothers, entertainment sketches, magician show, songs, and children characters. At the end of the celebration, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, sponsor of the event on behalf of Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, presented gifts to the children in the presence of the Dean of student Affairs, a number of faculty members, administrators and a large gathering of students.
