“Beginnings and Progress” Lecture by novelist Sahar Khalifeh at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

In order to develop communication skills among students and to achieve an outstanding learning and teaching level in the field of humanities and social sciences with a view to enhancing competitiveness locally and regionally, the English Department, Faculty of Arts at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, hosted the well-known novelist Sahar Khalifeh who delivered a lecture entitled “Beginnings and Progress”. Khalifah addressed her literary career and the challenges she faced along the way. The meeting was attended by Dr. Inaam Khalaf, Vice President of the University and a number of faculty members and students.
