Al-Yamamah School students visit Al-Ahliyya Amman University Center for Hearing and Speech

Al-Ahliyya Amman University Center for Hearing and Speech, Speech and Language Department, received the students of Al-Yamamah School of Salt, as part of the services provided by the Center to the local community. The Centre specialists conducted pronunciation and speech assessment for the second and third grade students of the School. This procedure is necessary for early detection of linguistic and pronunciation disorders. Cases which require follow-up and training at the Center and the cases which should be referred to other competent entities were identified. The principal of the School should also be informed to educate and guide teachers and parents on how to deal with the students, each according to his/her condition. The Centre receives and follows-up the conditions of the children living in Al-Aman House of Jordan River Foundation who are in need for pronunciation and language services periodically.
