Al-Ahliyya Amman University Students Conduct Schoolbags Project

Students of the Faculty of Arts / Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in cooperation with “Madrasati (My School) Initiative” conducted the schoolbags project. Dam Al-Ghazalat Elementary School in Zay area was visited and schoolbags were given to fifty students. The bags contained stationery and sports uniforms. The visit included entertainment sketches, including face painting for students, and distribution of sweets, which cheered the students. This initiative aims to develop sense of responsibility and national spirit among participating students and activate the role of the University in the service of the local community. The visit was supervised by Dr. Asma Omari and Dr. Sawsan Badrkhan.
