Al-Ahliyya Amman University Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jordanian Artists Association

Al-Ahliyya Amman University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jordanian Artists Associations which aims to promote and disseminate cinematic, television, and theatrical culture, locally and regionally, through a participatory and complementary relationship between the Design Cinema Department, Television and Theatre, at the University and the Association. The Memorandum, which was signed by the University President - Prof. Sadeq Hamed - and the Jordanians Artists Association President - Prof. Sari Al-Asa’d - aims to strengthen aspects of cooperation between both parties, through holding workshops and training courses in the field of cinematic, television, and theatrical design, working on the dissemination and introduction of art mission, the development of values derived from the Arab and Islamic civilization, in addition to preparing the cultural atmosphere with a view to highlight the talents of creators at all the fields of art, to emphasize the importance of establishing periodic conferences in the field of competency, to exchange technical and academic expertise, and to hold seminars and lectures of cultural nature.
