Al-Ahliyya Amman University signs a Memorandum of Understanding with King Abdullah II Fund for Development
Al-Ahliyya Amman University signed with King Abdullah II Fund for Development, a Memorandum of Understanding to develop the Office of Career Counseling and Graduates’ Follow-up, which refers to the Fund Office at the University.The MOU was signed by Prof. Sadeq Hamed, the University President, and the Fund Manager, Sa’eb Al-Hassan, with the presence of the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, Eng. Imad Najib Fakhoury, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Labeeb Al-Khadra’, Chairman of the Higher Education Accreditation Commission, Dr. Basheer Al-Zo’bi, in addition to a number of public and private universities’ presidents.This MOU was part of the second phase of the Fund plan to develop the work of its 25 offices at the public and private Jordanian universities, which were founded in 2003 in cooperation with the Fund, the Ministry of Higher Education, and universities.King Abdullah II Fund for Development aims to prepare students for the labor market, by providing consultations and advice through understanding the needs and aspirations of students and explaining their options through a variety of advanced tools, as well as working on their involvement in programs and activities which were provided for them along with the required skills to enhance their ability to work, such as theoretical and practical training courses and volunteer work.
