Al-Ahliyya Amman University receives a delegation from "University Services Offices" from the Republic of Egypt

The Acting President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Prof. Musleh Al-Tarawneh, affirmed the university's vision and constant endeavor to achieve its strategic plan towards providing the appropriate academic and social environment for its students on campus, pointing to the university's student and cultural diversity of different nationalities around the world. During his meeting with a delegation representing a group of university services offices from the Republic of Egypt, who are visiting the Kingdom with the aim of introducing the Jordanian higher education product and accredited Jordanian universities in the Republic of Egypt, he added that the university began receiving Egyptian students from last year. During his review of the university's development, goals and aspirations, Al-Tarawneh explained that the university is witnessing an exceptional situation in the process of modernization and development and opens its doors to various international educational institutions and bodies in order to build bridges of cooperation in academic and research fields of common interest. He stressed the university's readiness to cooperate with these offices through memorandums of understanding to cooperate with them in the future in order to increase the number of Egyptian students wishing to study at the university. For their part, the members of the delegation praised the academic status of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, indicating the remarkable presence of the university within the Egyptian circles and its elevation in the academic scene of the Republic of Egypt, through the reputation of its graduates, their efficiency, and their functional and administrative merit in the positions they occupy. They pointed to the importance of cooperation and partnership with the university during the next stage, and framing this relationship with a memorandum of understanding that regulates the mechanism of work regarding attracting students from the Republic of Egypt to study in the various faculties and academic programs of the university at the undergraduate, higher diploma and postgraduate levels. On the sidelines of the meeting, an introductory video was shown about the university, its journey and the programs it offers, and the delegation toured the various modern facilities on campus. The meeting was attended by the team of the Global Connectivity Center from the university, and from the delegation side, Dr. Ashqat Barghash, Nile Group Office, Mr. Muhammad Kamal, Studygram Office, Dr. Jamal Al-Asyouti, Arab Center for Consulting and Educational Services, Eng. Muhammad Saqr, Al-Saqr Education Company for Jordanian Universities. It is noteworthy that this delegation is visiting the university in light of the agreement signed between the Jordan Tourism Board and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the aim of introducing the Jordanian higher education product and accredited Jordanian universities in the Republic of Egypt.
