Al-Ahliyya Amman University participates in Al-Dhia Association for the Visually Impaired White Cane Event

Dr. Yazan Qamwa, Head of the Department of Optometry Science at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, participated, on the occasion of the White Cane Day, in a screening and evaluation campaign for blind students and students with sever visual impairment, held at Al-Dhia Society, which is headed by his Highness Prince Mer’id bin Raad bin Zeid. Students were provided with white canes and visual aids.This participation is part of the objectives of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences for local community support.
