Al-Ahliyya Amman University organizes a ceremony in honor of the high secondary school top students in the State of Kuwait

Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Nayef Hajraf, Minister of Education and Higher Education in Kuwait and Dr. Sadeq Hamid, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman, Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a ceremony honoring top performing students in high secondary schools in the scientific and literary streams in the State of Kuwait. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Kayed, Jordan Ambassador to Kuwait, HE Dr. Mohammed Al-Kandari, Assistant Undersecretary for Special Education, and Dr. Hammoud Lasasamah, Cultural Attaché and members of the diplomatic corps at the Jordanian Embassy in Kuwait. For his part, Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, congratulated the excelling students and wished them further progress and success. Dr. Hamed underlined the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries which were established by His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein and the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al–Sabah. The President of the University asserted the depth of the close ties between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Kuwaiti higher education institutions aimed at raising the level of education in the region. At the end of the ceremony, gifts and acknowledgment certificates were presented to the Kuwaiti and Jordanian outstanding high school students of Al-Ahliyya Amman University graduates in the second semester of 2011/2012. HE Jordan Ambassador to the State of Kuwait thanked Al-Ahliyya Amman University for sponsoring this celebration and its leading role in strengthening the close relationship between the two countries.
