Al-Ahliyya Amman University hosts delegates from Knauf Company

Upon the invitation of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the Architecture and Design Faculty hosted Engineer Jum’a Abu Shawish from Knauf Company, which is specialized in the production and marketing of gypsum cardboard, to introduce the company products, specifications and types of available boards in addition to their diverse uses.During the lecture, Eng. Abu Shawish discussed held the business path of the German company and its subsidiaries around the world, as he also addressed some of the projects carried out and monitored by the Company, both in the domestic and global market, as he also provided detailed explanations of the correct installation techniques of the reinforced gypsum board and its ideal uses.At the end of the lecture, which was attended by faculty members and a group of faculty students, Dr. Rana Matarneh - the faculty Dean - paid her thanks and appreciation to Eng. Jum’a and the Company management for their outstanding initiative, and she called for opening more communications and areas of cooperation among the different sectors in order to achieve common interests.
