Al-Ahliyya Amman University hosts Chairman of the Engineers Association

Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received Engineer Majid Al-Taba’, Chairman of the Jordanian Engineers Association, on the sidelines of his participation in the Science Day of the Faculty of Engineering. The President of the University congratulated the Chairman on the occasion of winning the elections of the Engineers Association, which took place recently. During the Science Day events, Engineer Al-Taba’ delivered a speech in which he noted the importance of the partnership between the Association and the University and the joint ventures between the two parties. In his speech, Al-Taba’ explained that the number of the Association members is now more than 120 thousand engineers forming a powerful force to serve the nation. He addressed the accreditation and qualification programs that are based on cooperation between the Association and the faculty members of the engineering faculties in Jordanian universities.At the conclusion of his speech, Engineer Al-Taba’ thanked the University for inviting him to participate in the Science Day. The events of the Science Day this year are remarkable given the size of participation by lecturers and companies that have contributed to the exhibition held on the sidelines of Science Day.
