Al-Ahliyya Amman University Holds a Seminar on “Imagine Cup” Championship

The Faculty of Information Technology at Al-Ahliyya Amman University held a seminar entitled “Imagine Cup Championship” within Al-Ahliyya Amman University vision to refine professional and social skills of students. Representatives of Microsoft and Pioneers Companies introduced the students to the world “Imagine Cup Championship” and its conditions. It is expected that student teams of Jordanian universities and various countries of the world will take part in this Competition, the finals of which will be held in St. Petersburg City, Russia in summer 2013. The seminar was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Dr. Khaled Al-Jubouri, who spoke to the audience about the importance of participating in this type of activity. The seminar was also attended by a number of faculty members of the faculties of Information Technology and Engineering with participation by a large number of the University students. At the end of the seminar, the representatives of Microsoft and Pioneers Companies addressed the audience questions and feedback.
