Al-Ahliyya Amman University concludes its charitable campaigns in the blessed month of Ramadan

Al-Ahliyya Amman University concluded its charitable campaigns during the blessed month ofRamadan to support families in Al- Balqa Governorate, which was conducted by the Deanship ofStudent Affairs in cooperation with the Higher Committee for Activities and Community Service during the period from 4-18 to 6-5-2021.Through the first campaign that was held during the period from 4-18 to 2-5-2021, food parcels were distributed to more than 600 chaste families in cooperation with several institutions and charities within the governorate. This campaign was held in cooperation with the Salt Sports and Cultural Club and the Jbeil Bin Thabet Charitable Association and Zee Charitable Society.Regarding the second campaign, it was allocated to clothing orphan children on the occasion of Eid al- Fitr, which was held during the period from 3-5 to 6-5-2021, and the number of beneficiaries from that campaign reached nearly 400 orphan children. The campaign was held over four days in cooperation with the Jaber Al-Oathlat Center / Beit Al-Salt, the Jubail Bin Thabet Charitable Society and King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein Charitable Foundation for Orphans, and the Yarmouk Al-Baqaa Club. Dr. Mustafa Al-Attiyat, Dean of Student Affairs and Chairman of the Higher Committee for Activities and Community Service, expressed his gratitude to the university administration, represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, and the University President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, for their efforts and continued support to serve the local community.
