Al-Ahliyya Amman University collaborates with King Hussein Cancer Foundation

Prof. Sari Hamdan, President of our University and Prof. Anas Al-Soud, Vice President for International Relations visited the King Hussein Cancer Foundation – King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) on Thursday 15/9/2022 to discuss possible areas of collaboration between the two institutes. The agreement was signed by the Director of the Foundation, Ms. Nisreen Qatamesh and Prof. Sari Hamdan in the presence of Ms. Maha Abbas, Senior Manager of the Business Development Department and Ms. Rana Ghafari, Head of the Advocacy & Government Affairs Department along with Prof. Anas Al-Soud. This agreement aims to develop effective cooperation between our University and KHCC by:- providing grants and scholarships to the distinguished students of the Center- assisting in raising awareness campaigns and increasing society engagement- organizing on-campus workshops and seminars for the students and academics- joint scientific researches- offering training opportunities for studentsOur University appreciates this collaboration for its positive impact on the society as a whole as well as the students to learn more about cancer and take part in supporting this community.
