Al-Ahliyya Amman Nursing holds a workshop titled Students Portfolio

The College of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a workshop titled “Students Portfolio” on Tuesday 28/9/2021. The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Khaldoun Hamdan, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Head of Primary Care Nursing Department, was part of the “Skills Development Program” directed for faculty members and practical training supervisors, under the Journal Club umbrella. A discussion took place with the participants regarding the mechanism of preparing the “skills file” for students in all practical nursing courses, which reflects what students have achieved to help them and faculty member track their achievement and determine the stage they have reached in achieving Basic competencies in nursing.
