“Adruino” Course for the Students of Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Career Guidance and Alumni Office from the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a course under the title Arduino (level 1), which was presented by the instructor Eng. Mohammad Khirfan from our Engineering Faculty. The course covered 12 training hours targeting students and alumni with the following specializations:- Electrical Engineering- Computer Engineering- Medical Engineering- Electronics & Communications EngineeringOne of the outcomes of this course was to teach the students how to read sensors, process data, execute orders & commands, display outputs on screens or sound alarms and control all types of motors using a master controller known as Arduino.Forty students worked on designing a basic cooling system that automatically controls the speed of the cooling fan according to the prevailing temperature and humidity along with displaying it on an LCD screen.
