AAU's Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Hosts Albina & Hanna Coffee Company

In a culinary affair that blended expertise with innovation, AAU's Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality recently played host to Albina & Hanna, the authorized distributor of illy Coffee in Jordan. The occasion was marked by the warm reception extended by Mr. Amin Al-Arda, the Faculty's Chief Executive Officer, to Mr. Abdulaziz Badwan, the Director of Quality and Training at Albina & Hanna. The event featured a presentation by Mr. Badwan, delving into the intricate journey of coffee - from its cultivation and harvesting to meticulous storage, culminating in the art of serving and the ingenious reuse of coffee remnants through recycling. A hands-on experience unfolded as students actively engaged in crafting an array of hot and cold coffee creations.
