AAU Wraps Up Participation in QS Higher Education Summit Asia Pacific 2023, Inks Key Collaborations

In a successful conclusion to its engagement at the QS Higher Education Summit in Asia and the Pacific for 2023, AAU was represented by Professor Anas Al-Soud, Vice President for International Relations and Quality Affairs, and his assistant, Mr. Anoop Abraham. The summit unfolded in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Professor Anas Al-Soud capitalized on the event, sealing significant collaboration agreements with esteemed universities in Japan, China, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Hong Kong. Marked as one of East Asia's premier university congregations, the QS Higher Education Summit Asia Pacific 2023 attracted over a thousand academics from more than two hundred universities. This strategic participation aligns with AAU's annual blueprint for global networking, fostering connections with leading universities across continents. The objective is to import the best practices from these institutions, elevating AAU's educational and research endeavors while concurrently expanding the university's global presence and reputation. An impressive feat for AAU this year was its entry into the prestigious QS World University Rankings, securing a position in the 801-850 range globally. AAU proudly clinched the top spot among private Jordanian universities and landed in the third position among both public and private Jordanian higher education institutions.
