AAU Welcomes the President of the Dentists Association

Professor Sari Hamdan, President of AAU, welcomed Dr. Aya Al-Asmar, President of the Jordanian Dentists Association, during an official visit to the university. Professor Ahmad Hamdan, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, attended the meeting. The meeting focused on exploring ways to strengthen cooperation between the university and the Dentists Association, and to exchange expertise in academic and professional fields in a manner that contributes to the development of the dentistry sector in Jordan as well as equipping it with scientifically and practically qualified professionals. Professor Sari Hamdan emphasized the importance of partnerships between universities and professional associations, highlighting their key role in enhancing the quality of education and training. He also praised the Dentists Association’s efforts in supporting and regulating the profession. For her part, Dr. Aya Al-Asmar expressed her appreciation for the efforts made by Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the field of medical education. She commended the academic level of the Faculty of Dentistry and its advanced programs aimed at preparing students in line with the latest standards.
