AAU Welcomes the Director of Cultural and Media Affairs at the Saudi Cultural Mission

The Faculty of Nursing at our AAU held a meeting on November 4, 2024, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Eman Al-Nazli, with Mrs. Reem Al-Barhomi, Director of Cultural and Media Affairs at the Saudi Cultural Mission. The meeting discussed the potential partnership between the Women's Health Center at the Faculty of Nursing, represented by its Director, Dr. Muna Al-Nsour, to involve Saudi Mission students in workshops, awareness lectures, and community service initiatives. The meeting was attended by student representative Ali Khalid Al-Mustaneer and vice-representative Arjwan Al-Khashif. Pharmacist Hanin Al-Momani from the Women's Health Center provided a detailed overview of the center's role, goals since its inception, and the programs and workshops it offers in collaboration with students to serve the local community. The discussion also covered potential collaboration with the Health Training Center at the Faculty of Nursing, led by Prof. Khaldoun Hamdan. A tour of the center, accompanied by Administrative Coordinator Eng. Aya Al-Adwan, showcased the center’s modern laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art simulation and training systems for exceptional nursing care education. The discussion extended to the center’s capabilities and the training courses it could provide, tailored to the comprehensive healthcare needs of Saudi Mission students. The meeting concluded with an agreement to pursue ongoing collaboration between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the Saudi Cultural Mission.
