AAU welcomes a Delegation of Chefs and Food Bloggers from the MENA Region

In collaboration with Visit Jordan- Jordan Tourism Board from the Ministry of Tourism & Antiques, Al-Ahliyya Amman University welcomed a delegation of chefs and food bloggers from different Arab countries (Lebanon, Egypt, Kuwait, Tunisia, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, and Algeria). The event included the esteemed guest Maysar Al-Hiyari, a well-known chef in the traditional Jordanian cuisine. During the visit, the focus was on hospitality and the diversity of Jordanian cuisine. Mr. Amin Al-Arda accompanied the delegation on an exploratory tour at the Faculty of Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts to learn about its facilities and training programs.
