AAU Supports the Second Regional Forum for Railways, Organized by the Roads and Traffic Committee of the Civil Engineering Division of Jordan Engineers Association

The Roads and Traffic Committee of the Civil Engineering Division of Jordan Engineers Association organized the Second Regional Forum for Railways, in cooperation with the Jordan Hijaz Railway, and with the support of the AAU and Sets Company. The Forum was attended by the Jordanian Engineers' Captain Eng. Ahmed Samarah Al Zu'bi, Member of the Association Council and Head of the Civil Engineering Division Dr. Bashar Al Tarawneh, and Member of the Council Eng. Sari Zeiter. Moreover, the Minister of Transport Eng. Waleed Al Masri reiterated the need to accelerate vigorous development of the sustainable public transport system, aiming ultimately at providing safety and comfort for the Jordanian citizen. In this regard, the speaking opportunities were better used by Member of the Council and Head of the Civil Engineering Division Dr. Bashar Al Tarawneh, the expert speakers from Spain, Greece, Hong Kong and Italy, the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the Forum Dr. Majid Musallam, and the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Association Prof. Dr. Khair Jada'an.
