AAU Student Jaafar Al-Dawood Wins Bronze Medal at the World Taekwondo Championship

Al Ahliyya Amman University athlete Jaafar Al-Dawood has achieved a new sporting milestone, securing the bronze medal at the Under-21 World Taekwondo Championship held in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The President of Al Ahliyya Amman University, Professor Sari Hamdan, congratulated the student on this achievement, emphasizing the university’s pride in the outstanding accomplishments of its students across all fields, particularly in sports. He affirmed the university’s commitment to providing all forms of support to talented students to enable their participation in local, regional, and international championships. For his part, Professor Mustafa Al-Atiyyat, Dean of Student Affairs, praised Al-Dawood’s accomplishment, reiterating the Dean’s Office’s dedication to supporting and following up on all student athletes at the university.
