AAU student Aseel Noufal Wins Silver Medal at the Jordan Freestyle Wrestling Championship

Aseel Raed Noufal, a student at Al Ahliyya Amman University from the Faculty of Information Technology, majoring in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, won second place and the silver medal in the 125 kg category at the Jordan Freestyle Wrestling Championship. This achievement comes as part of the championship organized by the Jordan Wrestling Federation on Friday, December 5, at Al Yarmouk Hall in Al Hussein Youth City. The event witnessed broad participation from some of the top wrestlers in the kingdom, amid strong competitive atmospheres that reflect the remarkable growth of freestyle wrestling in Jordan. Professor Mustafa Al-Atiyyat, Dean of Student Affairs, praised Noufal’s accomplishment, reaffirming the Dean’s Office’s commitment to supporting and closely following all student athletes at the university.
