AAU Signs Cooperation Agreement with Hippocrates Academy to Enhance Training in the Health Sector
The Center for Consultation and Training at Al-Ahliyya Amman University signed a cooperation agreement with Hippocrates Academy, aimed at developing training programs, strengthening the university’s academic and professional presence, and expanding its network of partnerships with specialized institutions in the medical and health fields.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the University President by Professor Ghazi Owaikat, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, while Mr. Mohamed Al-Banna, Executive Director of the academy, signed on behalf of the institution. The signing was overseen and followed up by Mr. Muath Al-Rawashdeh, Director of the Center for Consultation and Training.
The agreement aims to develop and implement high-quality educational programs and specialized professional diplomas in medical and technical fields, with a particular focus on the health sector, contributing to the preparation of qualified professionals capable of meeting labor market demands and keeping pace with modern developments.
This partnership reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening its leading role in serving society and supplying the labor market with qualified cadres through strategic collaborations that promote knowledge exchange and institutional integration between both parties.
The agreement also includes expanding international cooperation by leveraging the academy’s global partnerships and integrating expertise with several leading international institutions, including Primephysio, Mulligan (United Kingdom), and Maple Tree Education (New Zealand).
This initiative contributes to enhancing the quality of the university’s training programs, providing advanced learning opportunities for students and graduates, and strengthening the university’s position as a leading center for training and consultancy in the medical and technical sectors locally and internationally.
