AAU Signs Cooperation Agreement with Eng. Ali Abu Anza Engineering Consultancy Office
In a step aimed at strengthening the integration between academic education and practical application, Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by its President Professor Sari Hamdan, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Eng. Ali Abu Anza Engineering Consultancy Office, represented by its General Manager, Engineer Ali Abu Anza.
The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Bashar Al-Tarawneh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Dr. Mustafa Rashid, Head of the Civil Engineering Department; and Engineer Muneera Al-Tayeb, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Training Affairs.
The memorandum aims to open new avenues for joint cooperation between the two parties in the fields of practical training, professional qualification, and scientific research, contributing to the preparation and qualification of engineering students for the labor market through linking learning outcomes with practical applications.
Areas of cooperation also include providing field training opportunities for students of the Faculty of Engineering, organizing specialized workshops and scientific courses, collaborating on research and consultancy projects, and supporting students’ graduation projects through the practical expertise offered by the consultancy office.
During the signing ceremony, both parties emphasized the importance of this partnership in developing students’ practical skills and refining their professional competencies, thereby enhancing their readiness for the labor market. The partnership also contributes to strengthening the university’s role in community service and building effective partnerships with specialized engineering institutions.
The signing of this memorandum aligns with the vision of Al-Ahliyya Amman University to further develop its academic programs and strengthen partnerships with professional sectors, positively reflecting on the quality of engineering education and training.
