AAU’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Hosts the General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel

Al-Ahliyya Amman University, represented by its Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism, hosted Mr. Tarek Darbas, the General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, who delivered a lecture to the students titled "Leadership Essential Skills." This lecture is part of the university's ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation with global hospitality institutions. It highlighted the importance of effective leadership in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Mr. Darbas addressed vital topics related to leadership development, strategic decision-making, and team motivation in the workplace, all of which are crucial in preparing students to face the challenges of the workforce in this vital sector. Mr. Tarek Darbas praised the students' level of engagement and their interest in developing their leadership skills, expressing his pleasure with the fruitful interaction with Al-Ahliyya Amman University students.
