AAU’s Faculty of Engineering Organizes a Workshop for Trainees of the Vocational Training Institute

On February 27, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering organized a workshop for trainees of the Vocational Training Institute in Ain Al-Basha titled "Printed Circuit Board Design" as a community initiative by the university and the faculty in support of the local community and the development of trainees' skills according to the needs of the job market. The workshop included training for several trainees from the institute and some of the faculty members on using one of the best programs in this field. At the beginning of the workshop, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Jamal Al-Nabulsi, welcomed the esteemed attendees with an opening speech, emphasizing that this workshop marks the beginning of a mutual cooperation between the university and the Vocational Training Institute, as one of the strategic objectives of the university falls within the axis of serving the local community. It is worth mentioning that the attendees expressed their satisfaction with the workshop and the benefits gained from it, hoping for similar workshops in the near future. The workshop was organized and presented by Engineer Bashar Nizih from the Biomedical Engineering Department, with the assistance of Engineer Asmaa Al-Watari and Technician Othman Najib.
