AAU’s Faculty of Architecture and Design Members Selected for Prestigious International Art Exhibitions

The jury at the Contemporary Art Museum (CICA) in South Korea has selected two artworks by faculty members from the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design to participate in prestigious international art exhibitions scheduled for 2025. One of the selected artworks is by Dr. Faten Al-Jazar, titled "Breath Unbound: The Journey to Awareness and Freedom," which was chosen for the "Breath 2025" exhibition. This artwork, under the category of photography, will be showcased from July 30 to August 17, 2025. The second selected piece is by Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh, titled "Beyond Existence," which was selected for the "Figures 2025" exhibition. This artwork, also in the photography category, will be displayed from September 10 to 28, 2025. These selections highlight the global artistic presence of the faculty members at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, aligning with the faculty's mission to uphold the highest academic standards. They also underscore the importance of practical engagement in enhancing the teaching and learning processes within the fields of arts and design.
