AAU Receives the Students of the Comprehensive Secondary Balqa School for Girls

AAU hosted the students of the Comprehensive Secondary Balqa School for Girls which was a follow-up for the students’ previous outing regarding vocational and academic education. This visit which was organized by the Department of Public and International Relations included a briefing that aimed to acquaint them with the specializations offered in the University. The students visited each Faculty and acquainted themselves with its facilities, services and training sessions. The visitors got acquainted with the training given to students in the Virtual Pharmacy and were also acquainted with the services of the AAU’s Center of Speech and Hearing which treats speech disorders of children. The student also attended a lecture presented by Dr. Amro Hasan, the Head of the Department of Graphic Design. They also were briefed on the specializations offered in the Faculty of Architecture and Design. These visits, which target students of the 10th grade, aim to brief them on the specializations and to facilitate and help them in selecting their academic choices.
