AAU Receives the Official Rating Certificate from the International Organization “QS”

On behalf of the AAU President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, Dr. Anas Al-Saud, the Deputy President for the International Accreditation & Classification Affairs, received the AAU’s Rating Certificate from the International Organization “QS” according to which AAU received a four-star rating at the end of last month. It is worth to mention that AAU achieved a five-star rating for the Faculty of Pharmacy and for other criteria such as teaching, facilities, globality and social responsibility. The certificate was delivered on the sidelines of the four-day QS Summit held in India. It is noteworthy that this year AAU will enter for the first time in the QS classification of Arab universities. Therefore, the AAU President developed a clear and achievable plan for the University to enter in the Times and QS ratings for international universities in two years and Shanghai in five years aiming at joining the Club of the best thousand universities in these ratings. The University has already started the preparations necessary to realize such achievements, including recruiting the best qualified international researchers, obtaining valuable research grants and conducting joint research projects with the best universities in the world.
