AAU Provides A Scientific Outing for Female Students of the University Schools

AAU hosted the “University Schools” ninth grade female students on Wednesday, 28/2/2018 and on Thursday, 1/3/2018 for a scientific outing in the University facilities. The visit started from the Nizar Qabani Theater where the staff of the Department of Public & International Relations acquainted the female students with the offered specializations, faculties and the services and facilities provided by the University. Then, the students visited the AAU main library where the librarian in charge Mrs. Rana Qasem gave a simplified explanation of the classification system, books and archiving. The visit was followed by a round in the University buildings where the students were introduced to the faculties. The round was concluded by a visit to the Language Center where Dr. Maha Yaseen, explained the functions of the center and the courses offered to students and responded to students’ questions about the English Language & Literature and the English Language & Translation programs.
